What's the difference between product design and UI/UX design?

Product design is broader — it includes deciding what to build (strategy, scope, prioritization) in addition to how it looks and works (UI/UX). UI/UX design typically focuses on the interface and experience of a defined product. In practice, the terms overlap significantly, and many "product designers" do both. Can you help us design an MVP if we're just starting out?

Yes — this is one of our core focuses. We help early-stage founders define what an MVP actually needs to include (and what it doesn't), then design and often build a testable version focused on validating core assumptions.

Do you only design, or can you also build the product?

Our core focus is design, but our in-house developers can build front-end implementations — particularly useful for early-stage teams without dedicated engineering resources yet, or for marketing sites and prototypes.

How do you approach a redesign of an existing product without disrupting current users?

We start by understanding what's working for existing users before changing anything. Redesigns are usually phased — improving structure and clarity incrementally rather than launching a completely different product overnight, which helps retain existing users through the transition.

What's included in a design system deliverable?
