Plan B built its own Layer 1 blockchain to power and maintain its growing ecosystem of products. The technology was ready. The brand wasn't.
In web3, perception moves as fast as the market. Investors, partners, and early users judge an L1 blockchain by its website, its identity, and its pitch deck long before they read the whitepaper. Without a strong visual foundation, even solid infrastructure looks like a side project.

Plan B needed everything at once: a brand identity that could unify existing and future products, a website that matched the best in the industry, a portal for its ecosystem, and investor materials sharp enough to open doors — all on a startup timeline.
Most blockchain projects build their brand piece by piece — a logo here, a landing page there — and end up fragmented. Plan B had the chance to do the opposite: launch with a complete, coherent system where the website, portal, pitch deck, and social presence all speak the same visual language.
For an L1 blockchain whose whole promise is maintaining an ecosystem, the brand itself had to demonstrate that promise. A unified design system became both the deliverable and the proof.
Here are some of the graphic posts we did for the brand

A frictionless entry point that takes users from landing page to active portal account in minutes — designed for both crypto natives and newcomers.

A unified navigation system connecting every product under one portal — one account, one interface, one brand.
Before opening Figma, we went deep into the blockchain market landscape — how leading ecosystems present themselves, what their websites communicate in the first five seconds, and which visual codes signal "serious infrastructure" versus "short-lived token.

Blockchain infrastructure is abstract. We used Spline 3D scenes and motion to give Plan B's technology a physical, memorable presence — turning "Layer 1" from a buzzword into something you can see.
Investors skim; developers dig. We structured the website so the value proposition lands in seconds, while deeper ecosystem and technical content is one scroll away — without splitting the experience in two.

Investors and partners form their opinion of a blockchain project within the first minutes of contact. By launching with a unified identity, a polished Next.js website, and an investor-ready deck, Plan B entered every conversation already looking like a category leader. With the new brand, Plan B gained:
Independence A self-owned design system that doesn't depend on agencies for every new asset.
Ecosystem cohesion Every product, page, and post is recognizably Plan B — building compounding brand equity.
Investor credibility Materials that hold their own in any VC meeting, in any market.
Designed in Figma, enriched with Spline 3D, and developed in Next.js — fast, responsive, and built to grow with the ecosystem.
A clear narrative arc, data visualization, and brand-consistent slides that turned Plan B's story into an investment case.

We designed and developed the entire scope — brand identity, website, portal, pitch decks, and marketing materials — in just 2 months. Within the first week after launch, Plan B raised $150,000 from Ava Labs and entered negotiations for further significant investment. "The brand did the talking before we even got to the second slide."
